I personally don't believe salt and fat (at least real salt and real fats) are a true problem as the "medical" industry wants us to think. That is another entire article (or ten) right there!

Sugar IS KILLING US ALL!!! That is a fact. We should study the average sugar intake vs the rates of diseases like cancers, diabetes, ADHD, obesity, etc, etc, etc... over each decade for the past half a dozen decades or so. That is a picture corporate America doesn't want you to see.

As long as we consume the sugar we consume alone, we are not interested in a long healthy life you might as well say. We are fighting a losing battle.

You want a simple healthy guideline?

1. WORK OUT!

2. QUIT SUGAR!

3. GET SUNSHINE!

There ya go. The more align with those three things, the healthier you will be and longer you will live.
